JUNE 4, NOYAN TAPAN. For the purpose of supporting Armenian
business the Inter-regional Internet-Trade Network Armenia (IITN Armenia)
will give Armenian juridical and physical persons the right to use electronic
digital signature that will allow customers of the system to make buying and
purchasing deals compiling documents necessary for it only in electronic version.
According to the press release provided to NT by the organization, such deals
do not at all differ from deals concluded in a traditional way (with compilation
of contractual documents on paper). Full juridical cleanness of deals is ensured
in doing this.
The right of electronic digital signature is provided to any client of the
system regardless of his location in the territory of the republic in an electronic
version and on an official form. It should be mentioned that since there is
no law on electronic signature in Armenia (in Armenia the draft of a corresponding
law has not been finally elaborated yet), IITN Armenia gives the right to
use electronic digital signature in the territory of Russia and Armenia, according
to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
