The company is building hotels in remote areas of the country
that have potential in terms of tourism development. A nice
and comfortable hotel will open in August in the village of
Tsapatagh near Lake Sevan. This village is situated 140 km from
Yerevan and has 120 families, mostly refugees. Construction
of the hotel started a year ago, and villagers already make
big plans for the future. Some of the villagers work on the
construction, others provide food to construction workers. First
guests of the new hotel are expected to arrive in august. A
similar hotel will be built in Dzoraget, Lori Marz in 2003.
This will be followed by hotels in Vayots Dzor, Syunik and Gyumri,
and will contribute to the development and prosperity of the
countryıs remote regions.
