Since 1998, the Armenian Relief Society (ARS) has been building preschools in various regions of Artsakh. The preschools are sponsored by the ARS regional boards of Cyprus, Canada and other countries. A new preschool was opened on Sunday, this time within the framework of ARS's "Sose" project.
