AFFMA'S
ANNUAL GRANT PROGRAM
Arpa
Foundation Film, Music and Art (AFFMA) announces that they are
now accepting applications for their Annual Grant Program. Founded
in 1995, AFFMA offers grants to talented individuals pursuing
careers in the arts. Each year AFFMA awards grants to filmmakers,
writers, artists, photographers and musicians.
Within
the last six years, AFFMA has awarded $75,000 in grants. AFFMA
is a non-profit organization known for supporting and promoting
the arts in the Armenian community. Applicants compete in the
fields of art, photography, music, and film for their current
projects in their respective field. All applicants must have
a specific project which they are currently working on. Submission
deadline for all entries is February 15, 2002. Winners will
be awarded grants during ceremonies at the Annual Grant Banquet
