2-3 letters of recommendation

Official
high school, undergraduate, and/or graduate transcripts if applicable |

copy of the Financial Aid Report (S.A.R) which is sent directly to
your residence |
| f.

A
copy of the Financial Award Letter from the institution(s) that you
plan or are considering to attend |
| g. |
If
(e.) and (f.) are not applicable, a copy of your most
recent Federal Tax Return (Form 1040) |
| h.

Your
most current resume |

Copies
